Orders and Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping?

In 2025 we plan to ship worldwide! But we currently just serve US customers.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

What if my order arrives damaged? 

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Make sure to include a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.

Products & Materials

What kind of materials do you use in your kits/products? 

We carefully select high-quality, eco-friendly materials for all our kits/products. Each kit comes with everything you need, including instructions, patterns, fabric, thread, needles, etc. You might want to purchase heat bond, or fabric starch if you want to reduce fraying.  Our kits do not come with an embroidery hoop as they tend to cause fraying. 

Are your products suitable for beginners? 

Yes! Our kits/products are designed to be accessible for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned crafters. We include detailed instructions and videos to guide you every step of the way.

Can I customize a kit/product? 

Currently, our kits/products come as-is, but we’re always open to feedback! If there’s a customization option you’d love to see, let us know, and we’ll consider it for future releases.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? 

Send an email to angie@lucyandangie.com and we will guide you through the return/exchange process. Make sure to include your order number handy!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Crafting & Projects

I’m new to this craft. Where should I start? 

Welcome! We recommend practicing the stitches on your own test fabric, getting comfortable with the process and outcome. You can also modify any of the stitches to a simple running stitch. It’s important to try and not be hard on yourself. If you practice, you will get really good at it!

Do you offer workshops or classes? 

Yes, we offer in-person workshops at our beautiful Tulsa, OK office! Check our Workshops page for the latest schedule, or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new classes.
